Camphill Rožkalni Charitable Foundation is registered according to Latvian law. It owns the land and buildings and runs the village. The contributions from the local authorities, families and socal security contributions are enough to cover only the most basic living costs – all therapies, cultural activities and renovations are dependent on donations. We receive financial help from foundations, organisations and individuals. We would be glad to cooperate with enterpreneurs.

In May 2023, a tragic event struck “Rožkalni” — the family home (“Zenta Mauriņa house”), one of the central buildings in the village, was destroyed by fire. Fortunately, no villagers or co-workers were harmed, but 13 people lost everything they owned.
To ensure the story of “Rožkalni” continues, we sincerely invite you to donate and support the rebuilding of the family house! For the village community, this is more than just a construction project — it’s a chance to restore hope, to recreate a space for living and working together. Every donor becomes part of this renewal. It’s a chance to do something truly meaningful and important.
